Fan & Creator Agreement

By uploading, posting, or otherwise making available any content on the Website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• All information you provide to Baddies Enterprises LLC is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are the sole owner of, or have obtained all necessary licenses, releases, and permissions for, all content you upload, including all intellectual property rights and rights of publicity/privacy.
• Your content, and your use of the Website, does not and will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Standards, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You will not engage in any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards set forth in this Agreement or the Terms of Service.

As a content provider, you are solely responsible for obtaining and keeping on record written consent from all persons depicted in your content. Before uploading any content depicting another person, you must obtain written consent that specifically covers each of the following:

You must retain copies of all written consents and any related identity/age verification documents, and you must be able to produce them to Baddies Enterprises LLC upon request. Baddies Enterprises LLC reserves the right to request and inspect these records at any time, and your failure to produce them may result in immediate removal of the content and termination of your account.

As a content provider, you are required to:

• Verify the identity and age of every person depicted in your content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults (18 years of age or older at the time the content was created).
• Keep on record the government-issued identification documents, or legible copies thereof, supporting the identity and age of each person depicted.
• Be able to provide all supporting documents to Baddies Enterprises LLC upon request, including in connection with compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.

Baddies Enterprises LLC is not the "producer" of content uploaded by users, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. Compliance with record-keeping obligations is the sole responsibility of the content provider. However, Baddies Enterprises LLC may, at its discretion, require you to submit identification and age-verification documents before allowing you to upload content or as part of its compliance program.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading or distributing any content that:

• Depicts minors, or any person who appears to be under the age of 18, in a sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive manner.
• Was created without the knowing, voluntary, and informed consent of all depicted persons, including non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes.
• Is illegal, obscene, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Depicts violence, bestiality, incest, or sexual assault.
• Violates any intellectual property right, right of privacy, or right of publicity of any person.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or content that defames, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group.
• Is false, deceptive, or misleading, including content intended to impersonate another person.
• Is uploaded in violation of any agreement, obligation, or duty you owe to any third party.

Baddies Enterprises LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Standards, with or without notice, and to suspend or terminate any account that engages in prohibited activity.

When you upload content to Baddies.com, you grant Baddies Enterprises LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use your content on the Website and in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of the Website. This license is necessary to operate the Website and to make your content available to other users as you intend. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

At the time of creator registration, you are required to separately acknowledge and agree that your content, images, and likeness will be used and displayed publicly on the Website. This consent is captured through a distinct checkbox and is separate from your agreement to these terms. By checking that box, you acknowledge and agree that your content will be used and displayed publicly on Baddies.com.

By subscribing to or purchasing content, fans agree to:

• Not redistribute, share, download (where prohibited), or resell any platform content.
• Respect creator boundaries and community guidelines.
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities.
• Understand that subscriptions are managed via third-party payment processors (CCBill).

Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through the platform or via CCBill. Cancellation prevents further billing but refunds are not issued for the current billing period. Refund requests are handled through CCBill.

Baddies Enterprises LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if it believes you have violated this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately. Baddies Enterprises LLC may also report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities, including the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888.
