By accessing or using Baddies Enterprises LLC., you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding your use of the platform.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

By submitting content you confirm you have obtained explicit consent from all individuals depicted, including consent for:

• Public distribution of the content
• Downloading by users (where applicable)
• Being depicted in the content

All content uploaded to Baddies is subject to review before or immediately after publication to ensure compliance with applicable law and our community standards. This pre-screening process includes:

• Verification that all depicted individuals appear to be adults (18+)
• Review for illegal content including non-consensual material, CSAM, or trafficking-related content
• Flagging of content that violates our Standards for follow-up investigation
• Removal of any content found to be non-compliant during or after review

Content that cannot be verified or is found to violate these standards will be removed immediately and the uploader's account may be suspended or terminated.

Baddies Enterprises LLC. does not condone human sex trafficking or any form of human exploitation. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888.

Strictly Prohibited Content. Any content depicting or related to rape, incest, bestiality, or minors (including any depiction of persons under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited on Baddies. Such content will be removed immediately upon discovery, the uploader's account will be terminated, and the content will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and our payment processor.

• Uploading or distributing illegal, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Engaging in fraud, impersonation, or harassment
• Violating laws, community guidelines, or payment processor standards
• Any content related to human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual acts

• Verify the identity and age of all individuals depicted in content
• Maintain required records and provide them upon request
• Ensure all content complies with applicable U.S. state and federal laws

All platform content is owned by or licensed to Baddies Enterprises LLC. When you upload content, you grant Baddies a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content on the platform.

All payments are processed through CCBill. We do not collect or store credit card information. For billing questions, contact us at support@baddies.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baddies Enterprises LLC. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, unauthorized access, or content violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Legal disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
