DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

At Baddies Entertainment (baddies.com), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for copyright holders to report alleged copyright infringements on our platform.

If you believe that any content on Baddies Entertainment infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice to request the removal of the infringing content.


1. Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Request)

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one), and you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyrighted material, please provide us with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and needs to be removed, including the specific URL(s) or location(s) of the material on our website.

  6. Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name will be accepted as a signature for the purposes of the DMCA notice).

2. Counter-Notice (Response to DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice. A counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed, including the specific URL(s).

  2. Your contact information, including:

    • Full name
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Baddies Entertainment may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of that person.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name will be accepted as a signature for the purposes of the DMCA counter-notice).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If the original party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the content in question.


3. Repeat Infringers

Baddies Entertainment has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also limit access to our platform and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat infringement.


4. Misrepresentation and Penalties

Please note that under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512(f)), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
